電子顯微鏡

diànzǐxiǎnwēijìng

A microscope which produces magnified images of small objects by means of electronic beams. It can magnify a substance's micro-structure by hundreds of thousands of times. It can be used to observe a virus, a single molecule, atoms of some heavy metals and the atomic lattice of crystals.
